Who do you sell to?
We sell to businesses only (B2B). All products are available by full pallet.
Pallet-only policy & non-multiples (how do you quote?)
We quote full pallets per SKU only. If your requested quantity is not a multiple of the pallet (UPP), we provide two options in your quote:
- Option A: round down to full pallets (we quote only the full pallets).
- Option B: round up to the next full pallet.
How do I request pricing or a quote?

Pricing & volume discounts
Wholesale pricing uses pallet-based volume discounts (per SKU):
- W1: 1 pallet → −15%
- W2: 2–3 pallets → −18%
- W3: 4–7 pallets → −20%
- W4: 8+ pallets → −22%
Can I mix SKUs to complete a pallet?
Not at this time. We don’t mix SKUs within the same pallet.
Payment terms
Bank transfer only: 50% deposit at order placement, 50% prior to shipment.
Delivery & freight
Miami local delivery. Outside Miami, the customer arranges freight/insurance. We’ll share pallet specs for your carrier.
Lead time & availability
Depends on supplier stock. We confirm schedule and pricing with your quote/order.
Pallet configuration (case counts, packaging, labeling)
May vary by supplier lot. We’ll confirm configuration before you approve the order.
I can’t find a product — can you source it?
Yes. Use the Special Pallet Request and include brand, format, and quantities.
Minimum order (MOQ)
Full pallet only, unless otherwise stated for a specific item.
Returns & claims
No returns for chemical and cleaning products once dispatched, except where required by law or under a prior written agreement.
When can I file a claim? Within 48 hours of receipt, if any of the following occur:
- Incorrect product versus the confirmed order.
- Transit damage (noted on the BOL/carrier receipt + photos of the pallet and labels).
